The process of making
Last lockdown brought me to an idea of making bottled cocktails. All the time I’ve been experimenting at home with the new flavors and ingredients. Carefully writing down all my ideas in a notebook so as not to miss anything. Finally it's time to share the result with you!
For cocktails I’m using only premium spirits and ceaselessly working on shelf life and sustainability. All cocktails are able to stay very long time in the fridge without changing the taste. I want to take bottled cocktails to the same level as the spirits we buy in the store.
When we buying bottle of gin - we are not drinking it in one day. Why should we have to finish our cocktails if we can just close them, put in the fridge and get another one later on.
Personal story
I was very lucky to develop in the midst of many passionate mentors who inspired and helped me to learn quickly.
When I got into this industry i was young and uncertain. Came to get a job as a manager, but only bartender vacancies were available. This was a moment when my difficult but passionate path began.
In the next 7 years I invested all my self to the trainings, courses, books and competitions. And it brought great results. I’m still applying for every competition that’s happening around to be sure that i'm progressing.
The idea behind
I make this for people who are interested in spirits and cocktails to be able to enjoy what they love at their homes, offices or just outside with their friends.
When we don't have much time and living in such an extreme world situation – RDA drinks are a great solution. I believe that Israel is a great platform for being bartender. Industry is just starting development and people just starting to be curious about drink they are ordering.
Bottled cocktail project gives everyone an opportunity to pay less for the drink from a high quality cocktail bar.
